Here's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Scheduling Administrator to join the friendly team at First Response Group.
Successful candidates will be required to support the operational delivery team and are responsible for ensuring that service contracts are effectively scheduled.
This is a full-time remote position, working a 4-on-4-off shift pattern from 06:00-18:00. This Scheduling Administrator role would suit candidates with an SIA Licence (Non-Frontline or Frontline), previous experience in admin or as an administrator, and with a customer-focused background. Responsibilities and Job Role of the Scheduling Administrator
Schedule security officers - full training will be provided on systems.Track and report on all sickness and holidays to ensure full coverage on all sites at all times.Sit within the operations centre with the ability to learn and progress.Call sites daily to check welfare requirements and book guards where required.Co-ordinate communications surrounding operational site changes.Ensure a clear and concise handover between shifts and management.Liaise between client representatives and the FRG Contract Manager.BenefitsWe offer:

Essential SkillsRequirements:
