Q. Hi Saul i own a Saniflo and I have been informed it needs replacing is this something you can do,
A. Firstly who informed you of this, Replacing a Saniflo can be expensive did they do a full survey or just merely pay your premises a visit,

Q. The visit was a good 20 minutes.

A. To fully inspect a Saniflo system generally takes between a 1-2 hours you have to drain the system .. Then remove the lid to gain access once inside your system a full investigation can proceed .. Most Macerator's are durable and like any working machine parts will fail from time to time. Repair first then replace as the last option ,

Q. My Daughter as flushed a baby wipe down, help ?

A. a straight forward job . however sometimes the sudden stopping of your Saniflo can inflict further damage to several ponents,

Q how will I know if extra damages have been inflicted on my saniflo.

A. Unfortunately only after the offending item has been removed and a pleted will this information be at hand.

Q. Suppose I require a new Saniflo after the survey do you have new units in your van,

A. No I only have spare parts, with over 40 different units on the market its impossible. even a Saniflo engineer would have to order one from sales,,

Q. So what am I supposed to do ,, its my primary toilet shower etc, my family require a functioning bathroom. Night Mare ?

A. I have several universal units which I have adapted to replace every make and model on the market including sanislim ,, I will install this as a temporary measure until your new unit arrives,,

Q. Do you work on all models .

A. Yes as I am independent I work on and repair every system on the market,, Saniflo Grundfos Turboflush and unbranded units ,,

A. yes I also mercial systems ,, example sanicubic & .

Q. Do I have to change my saniflo for the same model ,,

A. No not anymore ,, as I work on all models I have expertise in this field..
example a sanislim cost well over £400 to purchase, to replace it with a turbo flush T12 £250 , turboflush is the pany to Saniflo a few minor adjustments and wave my magic wand .. Fitted and supplied £499 ,, no brainer.

A. I have learned over the years a hourly rate brings more stress to a already stressful situation. Fixed Fees are the way forward ,, plus I like a chit chat and a cuppa..

Q. How far do you travel to repair saniflo systems,

A. Within a 2 hour radius.. I have been known to travel further in an emergency.

Q. That's some distance to travel.

A. Yes that's why its in my interest to repair not to replace your system ..Fixed Fees . if your system can not be repaired I charge the same to replace it ,,, no matter how many visits ,,,

In a nutshell . it cost me time and fuel to replace your system . it cost you a new system . so its in both our interest to repair.
