Q Hi Saul i own a saniflo and have been informed it needs replacing is this something you do..

A. Firstly who informed you of this..replacing a saniflo can be expensive...did they do a full survey or just merely pay your premises a quick visit..

Q. The visit was a good 20 minutes.

A To fully inspect a saniflo system takes between 1-2 hours...you have to drain the system then remove the lid.. once inside your system a full survey can proceed.. most macerators are durable and like any working machine parts will fail from time to time.. Repair First ..Replace as the last option.

Q. Help my daughters flushed a makeup wipe down ..

A. Straight forward job however sometimes the sudden stopping of your Saniflo can inflict further damage to several ponents.

Q. How will I know if further damaged have been inflicted on my Saniflo.

A. Unfortunately only after the offending item has been removed and a pleted will this information be at hand.

Q. Suppose I require a new Saniflo after the survey .. do you have new units in your van..

A. No I only have spare parts.. with over 40+ different units on the market its impossible. even a saniflo engineer would have to order one from sales..

Q. So what are we supposed to do.. it's my primary toilet bath etc. my family requires a functioning bathroom .. Night Mare..

A I have several universal units which I have adapted to replace every make and model on the market including sanislim. I will install one of these as a temporary measure until your new unit arrives.

Q. Do you work on all models..

A. Yes as I am independent I work and repair every system on the market.. including ...Grundfos, Saniflo, Turbo Flush, and unbranded systems.

A... Yes I also mercial systems.. example Sanicubic & ..

Q. Do I have to replace my Saniflo with the same model..

A. No not anymore.. as I work on all models I have expertise in this field.. Example a sanislim cost well over £450 to purchase.. to replace it with a turbo flush t12 £250.. which is a pany to saniflo... a few minor alterations wave my magic wand £485 supplied and fitted.. No Brainer ..

Q. How do we know we can trust you..

A. Simple your only as good as your last job.. I ask you to call my previous customer.. then my next customer calls you . snowball effect.. a happy customer is always willing to help..

Q. You say Fixed Fees..

A. I have learned over the years that a hourly rate bring more stress to a already stressful situation .. Fixed Fees are the way forward. plus I like a cuppa and chit chat..

Q How far do you travel to repair saniflo systems..

A. Within a 2 hour radius .. I have been known to travel further . only in a emergency.

Q. That's some distance to travel..

A. Yes that's why it's in my interest to repair not replace your system.. Fixed Fees.. if your system can not be repaired I charge the same to replace it.. no matter how many visits..

In a nutshell .. it cost me time and fuel to replace your system.. it cost you a new unit.. we are in this together .. it's in both our interest to repair not replace..
