We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales and running the desired marketing campaigns and interacting with the customers via video and audio call and schedule the meeting or appointment with them. As the public face of the company the sales associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A sales associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.
Sales Associate Job details: -
Location – Remote job
Salary – £1500 to £2500 (Per Month)
Work Timing – 9 am to 5 pm UK time
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement the desired sales techniques to achieve the sales target by interacting with the customers and offer company services as per their requirements.
2. Interact with the customer via video and audio call or email to give a brief about the company services and provide the necessary details as per their queries.
3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the company and implement the changes as per research report to enhance the sales growth.
4. Candidate will be responsible to schedule the meeting or appointment with different company directors or clients.
5. Interact with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about company services.
6. Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing campaigns runs smoothly and track the sales growth to meet the initiative sales target assigned by company and conduct the necessary meetings for any changes required or any creative ideas to get the best possible results.
7. Participate in the marketing campaigns and assisting the team to help them with innovative ideas to increase the presence of company services among the market and boost the sales.
8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and build a good relationship with clients and maintain a good company reputation with the clients for any future project and requirements.
9. Assist customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on company services and help them to find the desired services for them.
10. Maintain a daily work detail in the excel or sheet for use in future or recent marketing campaigns.
11. Candidate will be responsible for the email management and client servicing part.
Sales Associate skills required: -
1. Proven work experience in a marketing and sales domain.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Good computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords.
4. Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field.
5. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
6. Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
7. Time Management skills.
8. Appointment setting and email management.
