Sales Advisor (Leeds Station)

Job Description
Join us as a Sales Advisor in our Leeds contact centre earning £19,450 per annum with incentives on top - you can earn an extra £4,400 on average by smashing targets.
Our contact centres have embraced hybrid working which means youll split your time between home and the office.

What youll do:
● Have great conversations to meet our customers needs, letting your personality shine
● Take calls from Customers wanting to make changes to their package or from new customers wanting to join Sky
● Be a Sky Ambassador selling the right package to the right customer
● Work 37.5 hours pwk Mon-Sun with varied shift patterns to suit your lifestyle. When our customers need us most youll work up to 5 hours extra per week (max 10 times per year) and bank this time to take back as extra time off
Training and Development is hugely important to us which is why well teach you all you need to know about our amazing products and how to deal with any challenge, no matter how big or small, so you can achieve your full potential as a Sales Advisor.
