The prises 2 parts. Firstly, a wide 'boob tube' band is worn around the chest area.
Then the elastic-topped skirt part is worn, which has two very long, wide bands of fabric (each one is over 2m) attached to it at the top, which then create all the different styles of dress top-half. Drape. Twist. Twiddle. Tie. Wrap. Create sleeves. Be sleeveless. etc etc.
A really heavy dress as there is so much fabric! The skirt is lined.
