Converted Rice Horse box; sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children)
Unique conversion.
Insulated
4 stabilisers with ‘big feet’.
Caravan double glazed windows all round with pull down blinds.
2 sleeping pods (children) with memory foam mattresses, lights and USB chargers
2 bench seats with under storage. Foldaway table and converts into double bed.
Full kitchen including 2 ring gas hob, fridge (electric), sink, food and plate/cutlery storage. Comes complete with plates, cups, glasses and cutlery, etc.
240v and 12v systems. LED lights throughout.
Propane gas system in lock box, with extension hose for a gas BBQ. Gas heating system. Water heater. Radio. External RCD socket and 12v.
Includes camping chairs, 4x rechargeable walkie talkies, 12v external lights, portapottie (in bag), free standing awning and more.
Electrically operated rear top hatch.
Storage in the back; including fresh water and waste water tanks (pipes and pump), ramp legs, stabiliser leg winders (manual and electric drill), jack, blocks, puncture repair.
Bottom ramp folds down and can be placed on legs (included) to create a seating area.
Been in storage through lockdown, so needs a little TLC.
