RFP Writer

Our client is looking for an Investment RFP Writer to join their Marketing team. The successful candidate will be based at our client's London office and will be a 6-month Fixed-Term contract. This role is offering hybrid working, with 4 days office based and one day working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the RFP team within the marketing team, and other internal departments (including business development, investment, operations, compliance, risk, legal, investor services) to update, as per the agreed schedule, the standardRequest for Proposal (RFP) documents for company product range,Complete RFP, due diligence and other related requests submitted to the team from external companies within the agreed timescales, ensuring all relevant parties are updated with regular progress reportsEnsure timely update of external databases of product information (e.g. AssetQ, Mercer, Evestment)Liaise with internal departments to ensure delivery to agreed deadlinesProduce regular reporting on progress and statusEnsure compliance with RFP production proceduresCompliance with Financial Conduct Authority rules and the principles of treating customers fairly when producing and updating RFP documentsAny additional RFP and due diligence requests.Working with the investment communications team, as required, across a variety of investment communications responsibilities including, for example, processing fund manager commentaries for publication on website and within fund annual and interim report and account documents Experience/Skills:
Degree level (or experience accepted in lieu of qualification)Understanding of the relevant FCA compliance rules and the principles of treating customers fairly and an ability to ensure these rules and principles are embedded in day to day workExperience of working in a similar roleKnowledge and/or interest in investmentsGood communication & interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organisational skills and organised approach to workStrong understanding of regulatory environment;Able to use own initiative and prioritise workloads and timescalesAbility to work under pressure and adhere to strict timescales.Ability to work in a team but with a high level of work autonomy If you are interested in this position, please submit a copy of your CV to Josie at Artemis Recruitment.
