Reversible red scarf produced in India. Vintage/retro.

Here for sale is a luxurious reversible scarf.
This gorgeous scarf is incredibly tactile due to the diverse materials used to realise it. In fact, whilst the doublure is soft velvet, the front is made using a crêpe-like fabric. On this main crêpe-like panel are then applied rectangular pieces of x fabric in different sizes. Each of them, has an appliqué of flowers with their leaves. Both the flowers and their leaves are made with velvet, hinting to the doublure and linking the different textures of the two sides together. The scarf uses hues of a deep scarlet red, which is enhanced by the diverse looks given to the same colour by the different types of fabric. Against this explosion of deep red, there stand the flower leaves, which are made using a pale green velvet. The result is exquisite and unique, making this scarf a statement of class and elegance.
This scarf would be a great addition to a plain outfit, giving it a touch of colour whilst maintaining a sober and elegant look.

Composition: outer 100% polyester, doublure 100% viscose velvet
This scarf is new without tags. It was a gift but, unfortunately, it doesn’t match my style. I must’ve removed the tag when it was gifted to me (to show appreciation), but I never really wore it, so it’s still in pristine condition. I hope somebody else will enjoy it.
