Restaurant Manager - Michelin Star
As Restaurant Manager you will lead from the front and enable the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service at all times. You'll monitor and develop service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience.

Our client is a Luxury 70 bedroom, 5 star hotel. The hotel is part of a prestigious 5 star collection of hotels across the world. The property is set in stunning grounds and has an award-winning spa, Michelin starred restaurant, brassiere and elegant lounge bar.

The Person
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have the following:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Director or Restaurant Manager within a 5 star luxury property or fine dining restaurant.Michelin Star backgroundImmaculate presentationHave strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate peopleTo be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achievedBe patient fortable working under munication skills and be approachable Excellent guest relations skillsTalent for creating a positive team environment
