What Are We Looking For Our in-house Resourcing Team is looking for a Resourcing Partner to join our business, primarily based in our Cumbernauld office however you ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and have the opportunity to work out of other locations such as our Inverness offices as well. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a forward-thinking team, providing solutions to a reputable business who value entrepreneurial drive. Some of your key duties include: Liaise with Business Leads to understand their requirement needs Monitor incoming CVs and respond to all candidates within agreed timescales Adhering to the RSE Recruitment policy and procedures Shortlist CVs to conduct first line interviews before presenting to stakeholders Post and remove recruitment vacancies, maintaining a library of all adverts posted Maintain and manage the Recruitment database Plan and attend recruitment events, including recruitment events Liaise with external Recruitment Agencies when required Assist with the arrangement of interviews Initiate the start of the onboarding process for successful candidates Assist with other tasks within the HR department as required Travel to the Company s other facilities when required Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder s appropriate skill set What do you need?
