The ideal person will be someone who can prove the Securitas Values, who is passionate and enthusiastic to help deliver a first-class service. You will work well as part of a team or independent and can demonstrate your ability to be flexible to attend to any needs.
Applications are invited for SIA & Non-SIA Licensed Security Officers. If you don't hold an SIA Licence, not a problem, we can help you achieve this.
With full on-site training and our smart uniform provided, you'll be well on your way.
You will be guaranteed 40 hours per week, both days and nights (including weekends and bank holidays). Reporting to your line manager each day, prioritising your duties for the day.

How you will make an impact as a Securitas Security Officer:
Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site.Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV.Patrolling.Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring the safeguarding of the premises.Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.Display an outstanding level of customer service.Bi-weekly fire & In evacuationsWeekly search trainingGatehouse dutiesUndertake any other duties as requested by Management.Essential SkillsRight to work in the UK Five-year checkable employment historySIA & Driving Licence (preferably)Able to work independently as well as part of a teamPunctual and reliableExcellent communication skills and a strong customer focusUseful to know
If you are successful, you will be screened to the industry standard BS7858. You will be required to produce documents for your Right to Work in the UK, Postal Proof of Address (within the last 3 months) and an additional ID document.
Desirable SkillsEven better if you hold a CCTV Licence.
