The client provides personalised care for several high-needs dementia patients and further general nursing.

Ensuring residents receive efficient high-end care
Keeping the staff positively motivated in a style that makes you enjoy your work
Providing personalised care and for a number of high-needs dementia and general nursing
Managing teams to deliver first-class dementia care to service users

Home management experience within an elderly care setting
A demonstrable track record of pliance as a registered care home manager
An NVQ in social care management
