You'll be supporting with all administrative tasks and general administration of recruitment systems with particular focus pliance and screening candidates.

The Opportunity:
You will be working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00You will be based at Heathrow Airport / London - with occasional travel throughout the UK, including the Fire College - Moreton-in-Marsh.About the Role:
Work closely with the Fire and Aviation team ensuring all admin tasks pleted in a timely manner with excellent attention to detailFirst point of contact for all recruitment enquiries / queriesAdvertising new roles on careers website, social media, and other external providersAmending/updating closing dates on current online advertsReview all CV applications and shortlist for interviews using a fair and unbiased selection processBook plete interviews (telephone or MS Teams)Gather feedback from managers on which candidates to progress through to next stage of the interview processKeep Applicant Tracking System up to date with candidate progress and any notesProvide offer details to successful candidates and support/assist them with the onboarding processCheck candidates Right to Work eligibility and monitor the 5-year onboard clearance file whilst working alongside the HR Team to ensure offer letters and contracts are sent out in a timely fashionAccountable for pletion of the 5-year screening to BS7858 standard in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring authorisation before employment and training mencedTo ensure that financial checks and where applicable, a Basic Check has been carried out pleted by the Scottish Disclosure for your designated AreaCarry out social media background checksTo input relevant screening details on to the relevant systems. Ensure you remain fully trained as a qualified 'Screener' and pleted pany training on screeningAccountable for pletion of the screening of all Fire and Aviation employees within 12 weeks mencing employmentTo liaise with the Fire & Aviation team where cases are unlikely to pleted within the 12-week timeframeEmployees are regularly chased for any outstanding screening documentationMaintain up to date working knowledge of all relevant legislations, best practice, and Company policies relevant to the positionSupport the management of the Recruitment Enquiries Email InboxData Entry for updating Recruitment trackers and Data gathering for monthly / weekly reportsEffective management of the ID Gateway to ensure efficient processing of Airside munication with the candidate to ensure efficient processing of screening and airside pass applicationsAny other duties as directed by the Aviation Service Delivery Manager / Director of Fire and Safety Services.Essential SkillsThe right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment munication, organisation and prioritisation skillsGreat multi-tasker who is pro-active with a can-do attitudeIntermediate / Advance knowledge level in the use of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word & ExcelDesirable SkillsPrevious experience in recruitment role (CV sifting, application consideration and shortlisting)Experience in conducting interviewsPrevious administration experience within a busy administrative/coordination postAbout CompanySecuritas Benefits:
