Recruitment Resourcer - Merseyside

We have an excellent opportunity for Recruitment Resourcer to join our recruitment team in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, Castle street. This is a full-time position, working hours being 8:30 to 17:00 on Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 16:30 on Friday. Job duties Through various sourcing techniques, identify, attract and qualify suitable candidates for each client requirement Write up job advertisements and advertise on job boards, & social media platforms Ensure all right to work documentation is in place Administration duties, general enquiries via telephone and email Registering candidates on a daily basis Build rapport with candidates and follow up with them on a consistent basis Key Skills Great communicator with excellent telephone manner and confidence Flexible & adaptable Have good IT skills Organisation & the ability to prioritise With good stress tolerance and sense of urgency, be able to work to deadlines Benefits and other information Opportunity to join a fast paced work environment with an immediate start.
