Tame & Wild is a Veterinary Recruitment Company based in Exeter. We supply permanent and locum Vets and Nurses across the Country and abroad. We are hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to support our current team to start ASAP The Recruitment Resourcer supports the daily operations of the company and ensures smooth and efficient daily operations. Provides administrative and organisational support with the ability to be highly organised and thrive under pressure. Your day to day job duties would include; advertising job vacancies on various job boards, registering candidates, calling candidates from our database and various job boards, checking candidates qualifications, eligibility to work in the UK & referencing candidates, liaising with existing candidates working for us and liaising with our existing clients. The right candidate with be self-motivated, ambitious and extremely driven to succeed in their career. Identifying prospective candidates for veterinary roles nationwide Format CV's Write job descriptions Advertise on relevant job boards and social media platforms Database Management Ideally take part on the sales side - not essential Providing the highest levels of candidate experience at all times The successful candidate will have the following: Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes, and procedures Competent in a range of IT systems and software Strong social media knowledge Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload No experience needed as full training is provided. Benefits include: GBP16000 - GBP20000 OTE Company incentives and bonuses Company pension scheme 22 days paid holiday per year + Bank Holidays The hours of work are Monday Friday 9am 5pm with early finish Fridays
