Konnect Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing and ambitious team in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. Responsibilities: Placing adverts on various job boards Adding Candidates onto the CRM system Speaking to Candidates over the phone, over email and by text Taking references on Candidates Liaising with Recruitment Consultants to fill active job vacancies Keeping up to date with current market trends within the construction industry Assisting experienced Consultants with administrative tasks Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track Candidates Achieving set KPI targets Requirements: Determination to succeed and acheive goals Basic understanding of Microsoft packages (Word, Outlook, Excel) Confident to speak to people over the phone Ambitious and seeking a long term career Driving licence or willing to learn to drive Salary and benefits: Salary up to GBP19,000 Ongoing training and support Company events Company incentives Real career progression 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Never work on your Birthday On-site parking If you are interested in this role please apply
