As a Recruitment Branch Manager, you will contribute to company profitability through the effective leadership and management of a designated client branch. You will be responsible for developing a branch performance plan and sales strategy that will ensure that the company's sales goals and profitability are met in accordance with KPIs.

the Woking based client provide care jobs and care staff to health care establishments in and around Surrey. Our care staff cover shifts in care homes, nursing homes, residential settings, learning disability units, private hospitals, and many more health care establishments.
Description
In your first few weeks in this Recruitment Branch Manager role, you can expect to:
Support the branch team to meet and exceed sales targets through a range of sales activities, including sales calls and client visits to potential and existing clientsEnsure clients receive exceptional customer service and queries are dealt with promptly and professionallyProvide support and guidance on negotiating charge rates with clientsDevelop and promote sales excellence through influencing and communication skills Profile
To succeed in this Recruitment Branch Manager role, you will need knowledge of the care sector and excellent organisational, communication and time management skills. You will also need excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally. Additional requirements include:
