Rare antique plate. Victorian blue transferware

Antique Victorian plate
Rare blue transferware plate with bird, dragonfly and fish in a pond /lake scene.
The plate is white porcelain with dark blue/navy design.
Note: While the circle in the middle of the plate makes it look like a saucer, it’s not, there is no ridge for a cup, it’s a small plate.
Measures c.15.5cm diameter.
Condition: There are a few light small scratches on plate surface. The edge shows signs of the glaze having worn. There is also a 1cm long mark visible at the front above the bird’s wing, it is visible at the back too. It looks like a faint crack but I’m not sure that it is - as it can’t be felt.
