This mercial grade care alert pad system.
Only thing is it needs a new battery in the seat pad part, and is hard to find some specific types of lithium batteries in N.Ire, as Amzn won't post them to NI (see my last image screegrab).
It's x2 of the CR2477 batteries that are needed for the transmitter.
The wireless receiver part simply runs on the standard AA batteries.
Apparently these are very expensive to buy new £230-280, and state health boards won't re-use them if they've already been in use.
Hence only looking £99.

The Ramblegard Wireless Seat Pad patible with various nurse call systems. The cordless nurse call jack can link up to 5 sensors and includes a tamper proof feature. The seat pad is designed to alert care staff when a patient attempts to leave their chair. The sensor is positioned underneath the chair cushion and the alarm will be triggered by a release of pressure when the resident exits the chair.

Tech specs:
The wireless Ramblegard Seatgard offers the same high quality performance as the corded chair pad sensors but with the added convenience of wireless technology.
Not only does it eliminate the need for routing cables, but it serves to minimise disturbance to other residents as the alarm monitor can be situated anywhere at the carers discretion (within a 20m radius of the sensors).
Designed to allow carers to monitor users safely while seated, the Seatgard from Ramblegard will provide carers with peace of mind as it alarms when the user is about to get out of a chair, but leaves the fortable in their own environment without the need of restraint.
Ramblegard will not take away from the careplan in place, but rather serve to enhance it.
Placed on or discreetly under a seat cushion to alert staff when the user exist the chair, the Seatgard has spent years in development, making sure it's as accurate as possible.
Available in either a mono or stereo connection, the seatgard sensor pad can integrate into existing nurse call systems or it's available as a stand alone system.
