Role Overview
Trigon Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for an experienced Administrator who has operated in a compliance focused environment to join our clients team in Paisley. The provider is an exciting, innovative organisation with a unique delivery and business model, it delivers multiple contracts across adult education and employability within a range of vocational areas
You will be fully competent with Microsoft packages and will be responsible for the coordination and management of compliance, quality and performance ensuring internal and external contractual requirements are met. You will also support the Head of Compliance, Systems and Data with administration tasks on an ad–hoc basis.
Duties of Quality and Compliance Administrator
Accurate and timely inputting of data, closely monitoring of systems for tracking contract performance ensuring that the processes and procedures for these are upheld, whilst also maintaining accurate and up to date records in relation to learner registration and achievements/outcomes. Monitor and audit commissioned income compliance requirements in line with individual contract needs and timescales. Also preparation of timely and accurate reports for funding bodies, as well as accurate and up to date contract performance reports and information to the Director of Contracts & Quality/CEO on contract compliance and performance with recommendations for improvement. Maintenance of a high standard of office filing and archiving, as well as maintaining high standard of compliance through robust systems, processes and policies (ensuring these are monitored effectively and implemented). Carry out ongoing compliance checks of funding bodies paperwork to ensure appropriate evidence is in place prior to registration and start claims in line with funding guidance and rules. Ensure also that all appropriate evidence is in place and is completed appropriately prior to undertaking any claims for payment. A flexible approach to the working pattern will be required, as there may at times be a requirement to work outside the normal working week, however sufficient advance notice will be given. Undertake Health & Safety Risk Assessments for contract compliance. Essential Criteria
1+ years of experience within a similar role.Excellent time management and attention to detail.Thorough knowledge of MS Office and all applications.Experience and understanding of compliance and monitoring quality, preferably within employability.Knowledge of welfare to work/employability sector is highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships at all levels.Passionate about the value of learning and ensuring people are given opportunities.
