Managing the purchase order system and ensuring this is ran smoothlyEnsuring correct validation and approval is gained before processing purchase order documents through Sage 50Matching paperwork when invoices are received and ensuring prices and amounts are correctCoding the relevant documents to correct cost codingAssisting in the stock controls for inventoryOrganising equipment hire for various sitesFollowing a new supplier process and setting up suppliers through Sage 50Ensuring purchase accounts are kept accurately and up to dateAssisting with any needed changes to the purchase system, for example: streamlining or modernisation We are looking for candidates with the following experience:
Sage 50 experienceKnowledge of nominal codesAAT level 2 qualification or equivalent experienceExperience of working to deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracy
