PR Manager We are looking for a PR Manager to join our Marketing team. You ll be responsible for our brand, how and where we re seen and talked about. You ll increase the awareness and perception of Investors in People, by working with our current and former accredited organisations, local, regional and national press and other key stakeholders such as Government Officials. What you ll be doing Working as part of a small but impactful marketing team you ll: Develop and execute a strategy that increases the perception and awareness of the Investors in People brand Grow the profiles of our CEO and Head of People, through speaking opportunities, key meetings and press engagements Proactively seek and develop relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, including Government Ministers, senior business leaders and journalists that results in; An increase in local, regional and national press coverage, positioning Investors in People as a thought leader on key topics Meetings secured with influential stakeholders for our CEO Key stakeholder and press attendance at our events We re only a small team, so you can also expect to be involved in other general marketing activities, pitching in where support is required such as our in-person events. Ideally your skills, experience and qualifications include: A creative, proactive thinker with a high level of initiative 5+ years of experience in a PR agency or similar role A strong network of contacts particularly journalists Excellent project management skills Excellent collaborator Analytical, and able to interpret data to determine success, progress and inform decisions B2B experience, ideally within our industry (HR/Management/Wellbeing) Be part of our future Do you want to be part of a movement? The details Salary: Up to GBP40,000 per annum Work: 37-hr week, 25 days leave (increasing by 1 day annually to a max. of 30 days), plus additional leave between Dec 25 and Jan 1. We are also open to a flexible arrangement on a pro-rata agreement. We seek applications from people who wish to work flexibly and / or part time. This is a results-based role how you get those results is up to you. Location: Remote but you must be based in the UK. Option to work in central London office if required. Some travel to London will be required for team meetings/events on occasion for which you won t be expected to cover your own travel costs
