I’m Tom. I’m a London based PT & Strength and Conditioning coach. I’ve been qualified as a PT since 2015, and since then have helped people all around the world achieve their fitness goals, get the body they want and e the healthiest versions of themselves.
I'm also an MMA fighter, and a coach in MMA, striking and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have worked with bat athletes and coaches all over the world, including former and current world champions, and I offer private sessions in kickboxing, pad work, wrestling, jiu-jitsu and self-defence.
I work with a variety of people, from the general population to pro athletes. No matter your starting point, I can take you on a straight track to where you want to be.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We’ll start off with a free consultation, going in-depth on your future fitness goals, current fitness level, position, exercise preferences, physiological patterns, and lifestyle factors. We’ll use all this information to create a precise, science-based, individualised program specifically designed to get you from where you currently are to where you want to be.
From there I’ll be there to guide you and work with you through every session, making sure we execute your program together perfectly - keeping a close eye on your training, making sure you are making continual progress, and follow you through the grinds and successes of your training, keeping you motivated throughout.
If you’re serious about getting the body and fitness level you’ve always wanted, then 1-2-1 sessions are one of the surest ways to get you there.
