Client Advisor – Sales Progressor
Reports to/Line Manager – Sales Team Leader
Full Time Permanent – Hybrid Working (After Probation)
Monday to Friday – NG6
GBP21,255 per annum (OTE GBP25,755)
(8:30am – 5:00pm and 9:00am – 5:30pm)
Role Purpose
To manage a portfolio of property sales from a variety of clients in line with their requirements, from sale agreed to exchange of contracts and pletion.To ensure the progression of sales achieves benchmark targets from time of sale agreed to exchange of contracts.To deliver targets and excellent service to both clients and colleagues to ensure the reputation of the business grows and develops in line with its financial forecast. Main Accountabilities
To ensure that all details of the property chain are correct and that the purchaser of our client's property has been fully financially qualified.Liaise, as necessary, with all parties involved in the property chain, including agents, financial advisors, surveyors, solicitors, and purchasers.Ensure Compass is kept up to date with detailed notes to enable the weekly reports sent to Clients keep them up to date with all stages of the transaction.Review survey and any specialist reports as obtained, resolving issues as applicable.Liaise with Agents to ensure empty properties are inspected on a weekly basis and chase any necessary reports including vacation reports.Negotiate with all parties as necessary to ensure that the chain plete.Participate in client/solicitors conference calls as required.Once exchange of contracts has been confirmed, raise invoice with accounts department, ensuring that all expenditure is plete close down file ensuring that that the necessary audit trail has been fulfilled.Attend client meetings as required to report on property sales portfolio.To plete work to agreed standards and undertake other tasks within the unit if required.To work towards individual and team targets as per pany's financial forecast.
