Property Assistant
Part-time
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us in the day to day operations of our 15 properties within a rapidly expanding business.
The role will involve:
Emptying, cleaning, refilling and maintaining the hot tubs at our lodges and houses.
Making sure all properties have been checked and stocked before arrival of guests.
Conducting check ins and check outs
Monitoring maintenance, check repairs undertaken
This is not a desk bound role, your role will involve traveling to all our properties weekly.
Our properties are spread over Halifax, Brighouse and Huddersfield.
A successful candidate must-
Have excellent organisational skills and able to use initiative.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Excellent customer service skills.
Be friendly and physically capable.
We would be looking for someone to work Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday or Sunday, around 35 hours a week.
The hours would be 10am - 4pm/5pm each day.
