Project Manager

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to support the Operations Directors and Senior Leadership.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate projects throughout the UK, liaising with multiple departments, as well as subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
This role (it goes without saying) requires excellent project management experience. The ideal candidate will be used to managing multiple projects at the same time, with a high degree of attention to detail.
You must be comfortable in presenting to senior business leaders and key stakeholders both internal and external – think weekly, monthly frequency ramping up as project completion
As a challenging role, it would be well suited for someone who is highly motivated, organised, and has excellent communication skills.
We envisage this role being based in our Salford Quays office initially but this may evolve into a hybrid role in time.
Travel to property meetings is expected as is some overnight stays for project review meetings and work alongside the wider team.
The key duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Organise, plan and manage site projects to schedule and within budget targets;
Coordinate site activities with key stakeholders, technical and site staff;
Maintain effective communication with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring key stakeholders are informed accurately about project progress and any issues relating to delivery objectives
Liaising with key departments – revenue, finance, operations to ensure smooth operations and processes;
Prepare detailed reports for all on-site activities and recommended actions. Deliver these reports to key stakeholders in person/via video call
Suitable applicants will hold the following skills and experience:
A solid background in managing/supervising projects; ability to demonstrate past projects at interview essential.
Hospitality Industry experience would be preferred, but not essential;
Strong communication skills; An ability to communicate with project stakeholders and direct teams;
Excellent organisational and planning skills;
Good report writing skills.
