Specialising in all Domestic and Commercial Planning and Building Regulation Applications, I have over 16 years of experience providing high quality Architectural Design for Residential Projects including Domestic Extensions, One-off Houses, to schemes of multiple Housing, Flatted Developments and Commercial Projects including Office, Retail, Hospitality and Warehouse refurbishments.
My fees are significantly petitive than traditional Architectural Practice Fees. I can offer this cost saving as I am a registered Sole Trader, VAT exempt and working from home, I have no office or staffing overheads.
I have a client-focused Professionalism, a drive to achieve your requirements and Design Work that achieves all industry standards with all plying with RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and Local Planning Authority Standards.
I have a broad range of professional contacts with whom I can collaborate with to offer a Complete Design Service for any project. These contacts include Building Contractors, Structural Engineers, Energy Assessors, Landscape and Environmental Consultants, Estate Agents and many others.
I have dealt extensively with Local Authority Planning Departments including Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council, North Somerset Council, Bath and North East Somerset Council and further afield in the Midlands, Reading, Cardiff, London and in various South Coast locations.
I use the latest Autodesk “AutoCAD” Design Software to create accurate drawings ply with all Architectural, Local Planning Authority and Construction Industry Standards.
