Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with a client who are looking for a temporary Buyer/Procurement Specialist for approximately 3 weeks, based in Rosyth. Salary highly competitive plus excellent benefits. Standard office opening hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Role Overview
As a procurement assistant, you will be responsible for full purchasing function of projects.
Duties include:
Manage relationships with existing and future suppliersUnderstanding of purchasing processesNegotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations etc.Liaise with suppliers and colleagues regarding updates and delivery dates of goodsCreate purchase orders and agree these with supply requests and ordersWork closely with colleagues to understand details of procurement requirements and provide timely feedback to management Skills and Experience required:
Proven and relevant corporate experience within procurementExperience within energy/renewable components desirable but not essentialIT literate. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential - Excel and WordExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to take the initiativeImpeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to multi-taskExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work Interested?
