prises of D/G, C/H, electric fire, shower fully equipped with x1 double/ en-suite wc & basin, x1 twin/double, & pull-out double in lounge. NO LINEN PROVIDED. furnished decking to front and side. (NO SMOKING inside caravan).
On site bar, laundrette & rights to fish up to 5 lakes/ponds on day/week ticket basis, with tackle shop & café on adjoining site available to use.
Close to all shops and amenities few hundred meters from beach with gated access, 10 min walk to Fantasy island or bus stop near site entrance with regular busses to Fantasy island and Skegness.
To confirm your required dates there will be a minimum deposit of £50.00 per weeks holiday,
The remaining balance to be paid NO LATER than 1 week before going into the caravan.
If you Wish to cancel your holiday at any time, it will be loss of deposit due to time wasting. (There will be a £50.00 refundable bond dependant upon caravan inspection) refunded 1day after your departure.
