Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9am – 6pm (on-call 24/7)
Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 gross per annum
Location: Chelsea, London
Start: April 2023
We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Lifestyle Manager, for a full-time position working for an UHNW businesswoman in Central London.
During office hours (9am – 6pm) the PA / Lifestyle Manager will be based either in the Principal’s office or the family home in Chelsea. You will however need to available to be on-call outside of office hours and be available to take calls and respond to emails remotely.
You will be responsible for providing a mix of business and personal support (predominantly the latter). You will manage the Principal’s diary, social calendar and appointments, make reservations, book tickets and schedule social engagements. You will assist with all worldwide travel, events, personal shopping, household staff management, property maintenance and errand running.
You must have a meticulous eye for detail and munication and administrative skills. It is very important that the PA is loyal, trustworthy, adaptable, extremely efficient and well organised with a highly professional approach.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and ideally you will have a little black book with good knowledge of London.
To be considered for this role you must;
Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a PA / Lifestyle Manager
Have a valid passport
Be eligible to work in the UK
Have excellent contactable references
Be degree educated
