Our client is one of Scotland's most established legal practices and boasts a highly respected reputation as a firm of solicitors with offices in Edinburgh and Aberdeen and Glasgow. Their expert legal teams specialise in dispute resolution, commercial and charity law, private client services, and property law.

Up to GBP25k, dependent on experience Key responsibilities are:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the private client team and its fee earners.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
managing their wills safe; opening and scanning mailprinting letters and dealing with enclosures.opening and closing files.dealing with telephone enquiries. Essential Skills/Experience:
Must be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.Have a willingness to learn quickly and to adapt to new technology and software packages.Previous experience supporting a busy team, be personable, articulate, and enjoy working both in an individual role and as an integral part of the team.Legal experience desirable but not essential.The ability to type is essential for this role.
