Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? Seeking to progress your teaching career?
Reed Education are currently working with exceptional primary schools in the London borough of Tower Hamlet to manage their recruitment and supply service. This service will support Early Years provisions, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools within the Borough with a variety of roles relating to Education from teaching, teaching assistant, tutor, cover supervisor to all non-classroom-based roles.
We are looking for a vibrant, dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants who are seeking to join our primary schools and make a difference in children's lives. As a HLTA, you will be working alongside teachers and other teaching assistants in the special provision to support children in their attainment and progress. This position may suit a newly-qualified teacher looking togain more experience.
ROLE:• Required to work across primary level key stages.• Working with class teachers to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, or classes on or off site.• Recording and monitoring pupils' progress.• Being an asset to the teacher and motivate pupils.
REQUIREMENTS:• HLTA Status and/or qualifications.• Experience across KS1 and KS2.• Strong classroom management skills.• Be flexible and adaptable to work across the primary age range and in collaboration with other members of staff
