Pre-Sales Technical Administrator

We are an award-winning IT Support and Managed IT Services company, that prides itself on providing world-class service. We specialise in providing Cloud Services, Managed IT Services, Security and Software Development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pre-sales Technical Administrator to join an exciting and vibrant Microsoft Solutions Partner company. You will be a talented Technical Administrator and will join a professional team of IT specialists, providing Microsoft cloud, server and desktop installation and support.
Please note that this role is based in Coleshill which is a small town outside of Birmingham with a train station and is on a bus route. However, it is preferable that you have your own vehicle.

- Keep clients fully informed of progress at every stage
- Aptitude for communication and interest in Microsoft Technologies
- Quickly assimilate new Technologies
- Enthusiasm for Technology
- Support the Sales team, learning the company systems and techniques
- Enhance product knowledge through ongoing training
- Follow processes and discuss process improvements
- Work with other team members to ensure database is up to date
- Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards
