Quiet and centraly located home for holiday perfect to explore the full Lisbon experience with quick access to Sintra, Lisboa and Cascais.
Standalone home inside a bigger propperty in a quiet area centraly located , just a 20 minute drive to Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais and Costa da Caparica for holiday rent.
Get access to the Marginal Avenue that runs on the coast from Lisbon to Cascais that also has a pedestrian / bike way all the way from Lisbon to cascais to enjoy the most delightful beaches of the coast of Lisbon.
Nearest beach 3km away (Caxias beach)
Tenis and Paddel courts 5 minute walk as well as an equestrian school.
Uber and bolt services are readily available in the area but the owner of the property also works as a driver and a tour guide who can assist you in your everyday mobility needs.
Parking space is also available if you want to rent a car.
Bus stop 2 minute walk from the house and train station (caxias for the Lisbo/Cascais train Line and Massama train station for the Lisboa/Sintra train Line ) are just 5 minute drive away.
A seating area outside will be provided as per request as well as a barbeque.
House for 2 but a bunk bed can be provided and installed in the kitchen/lliving room area for 2 extra people.
Main House of the Villa can also be rented for the right people and the right price (ask for a viewing through Whatsapp video call)
There is a dedicated clothes washing area so you can wash your clothes (washer and dryer)
Minimum stay is 3 days.
Rent for 2 persons is 80 pounds a day with a 300 pound deposit for damages which will be returned at the end of stay.
