FIRSTLY, IF YOU ARE WANTING A CHEAP BOXSTER FIXERUPPER WITH ALL ITS INHERENT PROBLEMS THEN STOP HERE AS THIS ISNT THE CAR FOR YOU.
Absolutely stunning 987. Seal Grey with unusual matching grey roof. Wheels refurbed in 2019 and immaculate. Michelin Pilot Sport all round.
Spent £4k on it last year: new LUK clutch and flywheel. Replaced and upgraded IMS bearing with a LN Engineering dual row bearing. All work carried out by Brian Miller Porsche Specialist Edinburgh.
New ignition coils and plugs, full service, 2 front springs replaced.
All power steering hoses replaced.
Reciepts for all work.
Brand new Designtek stainless steel exhaust sounds incredible!
New wheel nuts as the other ones were disintegrating ?
Had 4 wheel alignment full fast road set up done last June at Progrip Larbert, best in the business.
Half leather alcantara sports seats, Bose Sound system and upgraded Clarion integrated sat nav entertainment system looks and sounds the bollocks!
Car has been cherished by myself and the previous owner and has wanted for nothing.
Folder full of receipts for ££££ going back to 2015.
Car is detailed and machine polished every month.
No way anyone would believe this car is nearly 20 years old with a private plate on.
The car has been down in Jersey in the Channel Islands for the past 2 years, however it is now back on its UK plate and has just been MOT’d.
Clean ticket, no advisories.
I have new Brembo pads and discs for the back axle, if I have time I will do them as the back discs are a bit scabby. Or they will come with the car.
Car is in storage near Berwick Upon Tweed, however I live in Glasgow and work in Edinburgh and Newcastle so can arrange a meet around these places.
Inspection is welcome and indeed advised. The mechanic who fitted the exhaust in December said underneath was immaculate and was the cleanest Porsche he had seen.
Both keys, hand pack and V5 in my name here.
