PLM Lead

Capgemini Engineering are looking for a PLM Lead to be part of some exciting projects we have on. We are offering remote/hybrid working options across Scotland, England, and Wales.
We are looking for suitable candidates with the below:
* Has experience managing a large group of PLM professionals
* Involved in Presales, Delivery executive on key accounts
* Was accountable for financials, staffing performance and strategy of the group
* Has managed large deliveries including a wide portfolio of Siemens Technology (Teamcenter, Simatic, OpCenter, Tecnomatix, NX, Polarion, Mendix, Mindsphere etc)
* Has directed a PLM Practice with above 50-100 people
* Has been actively involved in large RFPs
* Relationships in different key accounts for Capgemini (Siemens Mobility, BMW…)
* Extended relations at Siemens PLM Software
* Politics, escalations, negotiations
We are looking for individuals who can consistently contribute to the successful delivery of projects with varying levels of complexity and ranging in size from small, medium, and large-scale. Consistency and accuracy in all work produced is highly desired for this role.
Salaries are negotiable depending on skills and experience
