Plant Nursery Assistants Required! Staffright Southend LTD are looking for Plant Nursery Assistants for large and modern plant nursery based in Battlesbridge , on the outskirts of Wickford. Company is based 2 min walk from train station. Immediate Starts available. Shift:- Monday to Friday 7.45am- 4.30pm Pay rate- GBP10.42 on 1st April plus attendance bonus. Overtime paid after 38 hrs. at enhanced rate. - WEEKLY PAY plus holiday pay. We have various positions available to fit your needs and abilities: Packers, Pickers, Loaders and Machine Operatives. Duties: Packing plants and preparing them for dispatch Labelling products Moving plants to relevant greenhouse or outside Potting up plants Operating nursery machinery such as potting and transplanting machine (Training provided) Picking plants per orders from Garden centres ready for dispatch Loading plants on trolleys and moving them around Skills & Requirements: Ability to work both inside and outside in varied weather conditions Must be able to must be able to bend/ lift Must be able to work in fast paced production setting Flexibility to work additional hours according to seasonal requirements For more details please call (phone number removed) or text PLANT to (phone number removed) Car Share - We have a car share scheme from Southend office
