Peugeot j7 1974 citreon HY, food van, food truck

Here we have my 1974 Peugeot j7, tax and mot exempt. I imported this 3 years ago so I'm the first and only owner of it, The previous owner was from France and dry stored this van for 30 years! The underside of this van Is spotless, the outside could do with some TLC but overall this is a fantastic van. I'm 6ft tall and I can stand in the back without my head touching the roof, I had intentions of turning this into a food van but circumstances have changed. I have videos of this van running too. The engine is currently out as I had plans to do an engine swap.
21000 miles on the clock.
I had the wheels refurbished along with the spare wheel with brand new Michelin tyres 0 miles done on them.
The seats were reupholstered by a professional.
I had the wiring done by a specialist coating near £2000 as you can imagine 50-year-old wires and fuses were starting to show signs. Brand new alternator installed costing £200.
The engine was fully serviced before removal and stored away, new head
