Personal Training in Private Gym Space with Ex Athlete

I have my own gym and Massage Room in Hemel Hempstead. The massage ad is elsewhere on vagood, look for massage by athlete.
For Personal Training, I'm a Strength and Conditioning expert having competed either nationally or internationally in six different sports. As a result my gym is kitted out with the equipment you'd expect a professional to use. Unlike the gym chains, the equipment is also not overused and knackered. It's maintained as well !
PT only really works if it's regular but if you are further away you can come to me every so often as long as you undertake some of the homework I'll prescribe you for the interim period until we meet again! I also have a few clients who travel from afar for a PT session followed immediately by a massage.
