Hi, I'm Marcus. I've been a qualified Personal Trainer for 10 years. I offer 1-2-1, pair and group sessions in Hackney parks.

As well as boxing fitness, I also specialise in strength and conditioning, circuit training, fat loss (not just weight loss) and can also provide nutrition advice.
I am happy to arrange group sessions as this makes the session more cost effective.
