People Policy Coordinator 6–12 month FTCPaying up to GBP33,348Immediate startThis is a great opportunity for someone to take on a People Policy project, with a strong grounding in general HR, good organisational skills, confident in facilitating listening circles, meeting with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and chasing up responses. This is an important role and the successful person will be highly visible across the organisation so needs to be a strong communicator with good attention to details and happy leading on the administration of formatting policies. This person will conduct engagement listening circles which will be the consultation process for the ratification of policies. The policies will be written by this individual or SMEs. The policy will then be signed off by the listening circle/policy group attendees followed by collective consultation to be approved. Following this, terms of reference will be coordinated (e.g. the naming of the knowledge articles/policies) and then communicated to the workforce.
