Lovely peaceful office building with a private 2 person office room available. There are 2 desks which can be rented out either individually or together.
The desks are £250 each, per month (no VAT payable) which includes all bills and WIFI. Alternatively if taking the whole room either as one person or two people it is £425 per month in total.
If you wish to timeshare them with someone you know that is fine too eg. each have 2.5 days each.
There is no long term contract, just 6 weeks notice required.
So if you want to come and work in a lovely peaceful office building, in a quiet room with just 2 desks in, then this would be perfect for you.
It is not in a big busy coworking office, so you can come and go without having to walk past anyone.
It includes use of a kitchenette, free entry to all networking events and 30% off meeting room use.
