We are currently seeking a Pastoral/Behaviour Manager to work in a SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school based in St Helens. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to improving outcomes for some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people in the local community.
As a Pastoral/Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs, as well as managing behaviour across the school. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive, and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support positive behaviour and manage challenging situations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing behaviour and supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child development, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
