Part time Deli Supervisor

We are looking for a new member for our Front of House team. Great customer service is our priority, therefore experience in a hospitality environment is essential. Most of our customers are regulars but we also get plenty of new customers, so you need to be welcoming, friendly and able to build rapport quickly. Fridays and Saturdays can be very busy, so high energy and stamina is a must.
Barista experience is essential. Fantastic coffee is a big part of what we offer and we’re very proud of that.
The role includes some food preparation, taking orders for hot food, answering calls, taking customer pre-orders and day-to-day running of the deli.
Two shifts a week, one weekday and Saturdays. 7:30 - 16:30/17:00 (roughly 18-19 hrs) with holiday cover so there must be some flexibility, generous perks, and staff discount. We are advertising the position as a supervisor role on the basis the ideal candidate will have the necessary experience to cover shifts when the manager/business owner is away. On a standard weekly basis, you’ll be working with the manager or another supervisor. Based on that we’re offering £11ph and we’ll look to review this after 3 months. Of course, any period the manager is away, a higher wage will be paid.
