The already fitted solar panels and leisure battery set up ensure that you have a reliable source of clean energy while you explore new destinations. The bed, skylights/ventilation, flooring, 12v electrics including 65L Dometic fridge freezer and basic plumbing are already there so if you wanted to hit the road immediately you could!
What’s left to do? Finishing the kitchen cabinets, the bathroom, fitting an inverter (for 240v power), diesel heater and the finishing touches.
We bought this van as an empty ex-DHL delivery van and have been slowly converting it into a tiny home on wheels. Sadly life has got in the way and we are no longer able mit the time to finish the job, so we are hoping to pass our van Ozzy onto a better home for him to live his dream of going on an adventure.

January 2016 LWB Mercedes Sprinter
Ex-DHL van, which means it has been serviced very regularly – the mileage is 215920 but motorway miles and regular servicing means its in good nick.
Last service July 2022. New battery fitted September 2021, new front tyres, brake discs and brake pads fitted January 2023.
MOT until February 2024.
Exterior: reversing camera, side panels sealed, fully fitted MaxxAir fan and separate skylight for maximum ventilation, 2x 175w solar panels (350w total).
Electrical setup: Electrical system spec by Nomadic Energy.
Fully fitted: 460Ah AGM batteries, Solar charge controller, 30A battery to battery charger, Smart Shunt battery monitor, 12v fuse box. 500w inverter not yet installed but included in sale price.
Plumbing: Basic cold water system installed with sink, tap, fresh and waste water containers and foot pump.
Interior: fully insulated bination of PIR and recycled plastic wool plus vapour barrier and sound deadening. Fully fitted bed, kitchen frames and countertops, walls ply-lined.
Also includes: Dometic 65l fridge freezer, seat cushions, diesel heater (not yet installed), dimmable ceiling puck lights (installed) and USB charging ports.
