This is the Parabola Tremolo First Edition by Caroline Guitar Co. It was bought as a preorder and is limited to around 70 this being number 65, if I remember correctly. It has both regular amplitude modulation and a more interesting filter matrix modulation for chorus-esque sounds.
Controls are over a preamp with 12db gain, output volume, and speed and depth of the tremolo.
Also came with a large Tshirt that has never been worn with the pedal graphics as a design. Both that and the box are available and can be taken out of storage.
