We are currently seeking an Outbound Claims Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team. As an Outbound Claims Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting customers to process their insurance claims and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to process insurance claimsProvide empathetic and professional customer service to customersCollect accurate plete information from customers to process their claimsManage customer expectations and provide updates on the progress of their claimsCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient claim processingMeet and exceed set targets and KPIs Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in insurance or claims munication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work under pressure and handle challenging situationsStrong problem–solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of CRM systems and customer service software If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have experience in claims handling, we want to hear from you.
