An amazingly rare Muddy Fox Courier Comp Mountain bike with Limited Edition Green colour frame.
DIMENSIONS:
The FRAME is 22inches (suitable for people with heights around 6ft to 6ft 4inches) from the centre of the crank axel to top of the seat tube.
It has 26\" wheels.
This was bought new by me brand new in 1990, this is a very rare example of this icon of the early mountain bike scene.
This bike has had very little usage and has been in storage for over 25 years+. Therefore there is rust here and there, but nothing too major, please look at the pictures provided.
It has all the original paint and stickers/decals, this is still in very good condition considering all the factors mentioned above. It even has the original pink Muddy Fox water bottle and Muddy Fox bottle holder attached to the frame.
This is a quality product, with Infinity CR-MO double-butted tubing for a frame specially blended for Muddy Fox - Made in Japan, along with ponents and a delightful stamped MuddyFox paw print throughout the frame, along with the Camel cigarette sponsored stickers/decals that came with it.
Don't think you'll find another classic mountain bike like this online or will he extremely hard pushed to do so, specially with the original Camel sponsorship stickers/decals too!.
It has not been riden in 25 years+, so the brakes, wheels and chain will need attention. This classic mountain bike can be restored beautifully to its former glory! A labour of love and pride.
