Original Large ‘Art Nouveau’ Brass Fireplace Fender

An original Art Nouveau period brass fireplace fender, circa 1890-1900.
Thin brass exterior with typical stylised Art Nouveau design to the front and shaped corners. The fender is very well constructed internally of wood with an iron or steel weight strip. A good heavy quality fender in overall GC, has very small thin spilt to the top (see photos). Measures 53.5” (4’5”) in length, 14” in depth and 3” high. Inner section measures 48” (4’) in length and 11” in depth. Nice 100% original period fender. Please email/ text any questions. Thanks for looking!
